And their domain names? Don't get me started. Most haven't got an "AMC" in their names. They have names like “StreetLinks.com”, "48hn.com", "etecams.com”; and some even worse. You know these AMC’s just wandered in and took advantage of this incredible income opportunity (making $100 - $250 off each appraisal after a quick proof read).

Suggestion:
It only takes 1 good client giving you AMC work and you can steadily grow.

Start by getting all your appraisers together. Ask them to dig thru their files for Loan Officer names and telephone numbers. Ask your appraisers to call them to begin sending you AMC work.
