AppraisalsCenter.com lists links alphabetically in order of highest bid. Bids can be purchased for a link at any time, by anybody, and all bids are counted toward a link's total bid. The top 10 bidding links are displayed prominently on the home page, and if the administrator has chosen to enable the Link Leader, the highest bidding link will be displayed on every page. Links remain posted here for at least 12 months. Click contacting usif you need any changes to your link.

Adding a link is easy. Just buy a link and place a bid of at least $7 to active your link. At PayPal click the return to our site button and refresh your browser once or twice to view your ad. If you need any changes made simply email us with your name, company name, and what state you advertised your services in. You don't need a PayPal account. Once you click submit, you'll be taken to PayPal where you will have the option to pay $7 via any valid credit card.

Don't include any punctuation marks on the subject line.

If you added your link you should have been sent directly to the link details page, where you can place a bid. An email is also sent to the address for all new links with instructions on placing your first bid.

You must click the Activate My Bid link on PayPal after payment. If you placed a bid but it was never counted toward your link, please contact us with details of the transaction and the email address that payment was issued from. Your bid will be applied as quickly as possible. PayPal accepts credit cards too.

Important: your credit card statement will show $7 from "Home Probe"

Once listed, your link is displayed for at least 1 year. As time passes you can increase your bid to keep your link at the top of the listings if you like.

Right now this directory is for fully licensed Real Estate Appraisers only. No Trainees please. If you add a link and it does not fit into the proper category, it will be removed. There are no refunds. If you forget to choose your correct state during signup we can correct that. Notify us via he "Contact us" link on the let side of the main page, or here: contacting us.

We will NOT automatically renew your ad after 1 year. You will need to resubmit in 1 years time yourself.
